Hello! you amazing people!
All Things Diet, a one-stop shop uses useful science of diet therapy & nutritional science to help you with all Your health-related issues. This was my vision when I finally took the brave decision of setting up an online diet consultancy, hence the name 'All Things Diet.'
All Things Diet is made just for You.

I wanted people to find themselves a nutrition coach a.k.a nutritionist/dietician who can walk with them in their exciting way to achieving good health while still remaining foodies at heart! All This beyond monetary gains.

I take immense pride in making people feel great about themselves and am passionate about seeing people adopting healthier eating patterns. I feel great joy in joining them in their happiness when they see their hard-earned results! I believe that every notch/point/kilograms/grams makes their way closer to achieving their desired goal. For example, be it a 'small' improvement in your blood reports or a few grams lighter on the weighing scale, or simply refusing to entertain those mean cravings are itself a sign of progress.

MY APPROACH
World Cuisine, Mindful Eating, Ever-growing Passion for Food and Life!
My approach always has been to make You- the client remain a healthy foodie.
I have observed that hand-holding guidance in the field of nutrition and dietetics is vital to make the clients adopt health eating practices while still remaining passionate about food and life!
In All Things Diet, I mainly focus on the quality of the client-dietician interaction through counselling sessions, pre-assessments, progress follow-ups and unlimited offline support via texts and emails. I strongly believe that when people have made up their mind to set off on a path to achieving their health goals, which could be quite daunting, the nutritionist responsible plays an important role in psychologically conditioning the client to stay motivated throughout their health journey. Having the best diet plan is vital, but it is still not good enough if there is no continued supervision/guidance/motivation/support from the client's qualified nutritionist.

Next, I want all my clients to look forward to their best version of themselves and start by mindfully making small changes in their eating habits and physical activity! You will be surprised to see what these small modifications will do to Your precious body and mind.

Finally, I want people to enjoy their life and one of the main components is Food...Good Food.
Through All Things Diet, I make it a point to help You bring world cuisine to Your dining table. I genuinely love cooking and baking healthy recipes that taste awesome but are still nutrient dense. So do expect some healthy modifications of some very exciting global foods in your meal plans!
If you are nervous or demotivated that I am going to give you a long list of foods that are a no-no then it's time to leave that worry!
If You are wondering that All Things Diet will give you a single meal plan with no options, and You will have to eat bland foods, salads, and tasteless mains day after day...Say goodbye to that thought too!
Because at All Things Diet, I make sure that all my clients are given diet plans with umpteen options and can switch/swap their choices to make it workable.

With that said, All Things Diet makes it a priority to always make sure the clients' individualistic requirements are accounted for, to encourage them to adopt healthy eating patterns so they can experience realistic improvements in their health condition while still staying Foodies at heart!
